If the customer has been involved in an accident or has damaged their Big Gun Exhaust System, or if the pipe is non repairable we are going to offer then an accident replacement program to replace their damaged pipe. This will only apply to big gun exhaust systems and will cover anything not covered under normal Big Gun Exhaust systems 6 month warranty.
If the customer wants to take advantage of this program please follow the procedure below:
- Contact Big Gun Exhaust Systems at 909-948-7029 and Request an ARA# from the Big Gun warranty department. Place this number on the outside of the box so that Big Gun shipping department can get this box to the proper department in a timely manner. Make this number large and bold on the outside of the return box (Example of how it should be written on box- ARA#________) Ship damaged complete exhaust to:
Big Gun Exhaust Systems, ATTN: ARA#________ Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. (Inside of the box you should also put a note with all your return shipping address info and your choice for payment such as your credit card info and any special instructions that Big Gun might need)
- Upon delivery of your damaged Big Gun Exhaust system the warranty department will contact you with info on current inventory and your expected date of delivery of your new exhaust system and answer any questions you might have. We will then replace the exhaust system with the same system or if this system is no longer available we will upgrade you to the newest generation at the adjusted price difference. Customer will receive a very special price on this Accident Replacement purchase at 30% off retail list price plus shipping and handling and tax if applicable. (Tax only if shipped to a California address at current San Bernardino Tax Rate).
- The damaged exhaust system will not be sent back to you as it will be destroyed upon completion of your sale.
To qualify for Accident Replacement policy the exhaust must be:
*no more than 2 years from date of purchase (a copy of invoice must be supplied to qualify)
*can only apply for accident replacement one time per the life of your vehicle.
